Jens Lorenzen upcoming exhibition is in the German Newspaper Museum in Wadgassen, near Saarbrücke

The Museum shows the history of the Newspaper, from the beginning of the print media until today. The museum has got an enormous archive of old newspapers, old printing machines and newspaper related items. Because Jens Lorenzen quotes newspapers all of the time in his paintings, the plan to make this solo exhibition in the DZM came up about two years ago. The new special exhibition / side show of the DZM will show more than 30 of Jens Lorenzen paintings, mostly pieces from private collections.
